Airport transfer questions
How early should I book?
As early as you can, especially for early morning flights and busy holiday dates. You can book up to the day itself, but booking ahead guarantees your vehicle.
Is there a charge for waiting at the airport?
Airport pick-ups include free waiting time from the agreed pick-up time. After that, waiting time and any airport parking charges are added to the fare as set out in our terms.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and adjust your pick-up time, so you do not need to call us.
